Modern Slavery Act 2015

    Modern Slavery Statement

Financial year ending December 2025 — Published February 2026

    Our Commitment

Hirebyai Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or any form of exploitation in our business or supply chain.

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our operations or supply chain.

As an early-stage technology company, our current annual turnover does not yet meet the £36 million threshold requiring mandatory reporting under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this statement voluntarily as a demonstration of our commitment to ethical business practices.

    1. Our Business and Structure

Hirebyai Ltd is a UK-registered technology company operating an AI-powered recruitment platform. Our platform connects job seekers with employers in the UK IT sector. We are a software business — we do not directly engage in any manufacturing, physical supply chain activities, or labour-intensive operations.

Our workforce consists of a small, directly employed team based in the United Kingdom, supplemented by a limited number of specialist technology contractors engaged through formal agreements.

    2. Supply Chain Due Diligence

Our supply chain is primarily composed of:

    • Cloud infrastructure providers (subject to their own modern slavery compliance)
    • SaaS software vendors operating in regulated jurisdictions
    • UK-based professional services firms (legal, accounting)
    • AI model API providers based in the United States and United Kingdom

We assess the modern slavery risk of our supply chain as low, given that all principal suppliers are established technology companies operating in well-regulated markets. We review supplier relationships annually and require suppliers to confirm compliance with applicable modern slavery laws.

    3. Policies and Controls

We maintain the following policies relevant to modern slavery prevention:

    Recruitment Policy

All employees and contractors are engaged through lawful processes with verified right to work documentation. We do not use labour agencies that cannot demonstrate compliance with UK employment law.

    Fair Pay

All employees are paid at or above the National Living Wage. Contractors are paid commercially agreed rates through formal contracts.

    Whistleblowing

We encourage anyone who suspects modern slavery or unethical practices to report concerns confidentially to contact@agniaisolutions.com. We will not retaliate against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.

    4. Platform Safeguards for Users

As a recruitment platform, we are aware that our services could theoretically be misused by bad actors to exploit vulnerable job seekers. We have implemented the following platform safeguards:

    • Employer verification process before job postings go live
    • Monitoring for suspicious job posting patterns indicative of exploitation
    • Clear reporting mechanisms for job seekers to flag suspicious roles
    • Prohibition of job postings that request payment from candidates
    • Removal of any posting that appears designed to exploit vulnerable workers

If you encounter a job posting on our platform that you believe involves exploitation or modern slavery, please contact us immediately at contact@agniaisolutions.com.

    5. Approval

This statement was approved by the board of directors of Hirebyai Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually. It is published on our website in accordance with the guidance issued by the Home Office under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
